Renuka Rajagopalan is an alumna of the BBA program at JIMS Rohini and brings over 16 years of experience across private banking, strategy consulting, and senior leadership roles. After working closely with CXOs and founders as a Chief of Staff, she transitioned into leadership development to address a gap she consistently observed-highly capable professionals struggling to translate competence into influence.
Today, Renuka is the Founder of Elevaré Leadership, where she coaches aspiring and current Chiefs of Staff, senior professionals, and leadership-track talent on executive presence, decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership effectiveness. Her work focuses on practical, human-centric leadership capabilities that help individuals operate with clarity, confidence, and authority in complex organizational environments.
In parallel, Renuka delivers behavioural and leadership skills training to management students, preparing them for real-world corporate expectations beyond technical knowledge. She is also an active mentor to students and women entrepreneurs, contributing her expertise through global mentorship platforms including the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, AspireForHer and Global Mentorship Initiative, supporting the professional growth and leadership journeys of emerging talent worldwide.
